Refund policy

We do not offer refunds because of the nature of our products. We do make an acception if your package does not show up to your door. If you have this issue please message or email us on here and we will handle your situation during business hours. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us a picture of the issue so we can correct it immediately. 

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If you have any issues please reach out and we will do our best to make you happy.

Please remember we do have a family and farm so we only answer emails during business hours.
